At the last minute they switched who I would be interviewing with. I was well qualified for the position. This was far from an interview and more like just talking with someone who did not really know what to ask me.
Bad and old school. Never got a message but when I called and asked them I got a decline from a employee in a bad mood with many reasons why I am not fitting the position.

Interview
The process progressed quickly and the interviews were very straightforward. The CEO was very easy to communicate with. It does have a unique office layout as well. The job descriptionn was not shared early on and this would have aided in the decision making process.
