Interview
There was an initial interview with the hiring manager followed by interview with hiring manager, assistant director, and executive director. The interviews were done on Microsoft Teams. The process probably took a month. The Executive Director didn't seem to have any knowledge about the position and did not review my materials beforehand.

1. Executive Director: "I haven't looked at your resume, could you tell me about yourself?"
3. Executive Director: "How much do you make?"
Me: *answer*
Executive Director: "Well I hope you understand this is all we can offer because it's all we budgeted for."

Interview process went smoothly. The hiring process is what takes forever! Expect to wait because it seems that the background check takes a while. It took me almost one month before I got hired on. Also, I was interviewed in November but did not start until January.

Interview
A group interview which is all part of the cliché that is picked out. there is diversity if for a unit, all management for a management position. Color matters, If your white you won't get the job if their is an African American and or a Hispanic applying for the position. They want ethnic diversity!!!!!! You have to be interviewed every time you want advancement!!!
