I got a call about a week after applying, in the call the hiring manager asked me why I want to work there and questions about my availability, I was interviewed in the middle of the shop. At the end I was asked to look through 3 pieces of clothing and explain why I would/would not buy it to be sold.

Q: Describe a time you've received excellent customer service and a time you've given excellent customer service
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
