Recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, peer interview then founder interview- standard competency based, some more of a 'chat', some task lead, which was given in advance.
Those doing the interview were genuinely lovely people, and I'm sure very reflective of the company culture. It seems a fantastic company to work for.
My only small issue was I had a certain condition for the role (to be part based outside London), which I expressed at every stage and was reassured it wasn't likely to be a problem. Then, after spending an entire weekend on the tasks and booking a half day annual leave for the third stage back to back interviews, I was told they weren't sure on this condition. I proposed a possible middle ground, and it took several months of my chasing to get a definitive no.
All in all, a good process and experience, bar this outlier- I'll be watching the company with interest as it continues to grow and succeed.
