Three rounds of interviews, one writing exercise. HR was amazing and worked with me to find a suitable role. Notably, there were no generic interview questions like "what is your greatest weakness." A much greater emphasis was placed on experience and fit.

The interview process was extensive and thorough, but the interview team was responsive, thoughtful, and respectful. I felt that I was being assessed as an individual, and that I had an opportunity to share why my particular experiences made me a good fit for the position.
