30min phone call, answered questions very well and thorough. Didn't hear back despite having good initial feedback on the interview. Was an employee referral. I felt a bit over qualified for the job. Followed up 2-3 weeks later with the hiring manager, and they just replied and said I hadn't progressed without a reason. Overall good experience, always great to know why though.
