It was through campus recruitment. Process was smooth. They first asked to give test in which technical and some aptitude questions were asked (related to syllabus only mainly som,thermodynamics based) then after than interview was conducted. For interview very few students were shortlisted . Interview was for 40-70 min. 80% technical, 20 Hr. Questions were good and more on companies products like based on compressor. Not data driven but concept related to compressor. Som, thermodynamics, material science, and some practical based questions. I got selected finally. But I didn't joined. Salary is good as compared to other GET role salary. Not as high but u won't be hesitant.
