I applied via LinkedIn, and got the email from HR from RBI (Canada team) to ask for phone screening. The phone screening last for less than 15 min, mainly asked about my experience and expectations. After that she arranged the face to face interview with hiring manager and people partner 1 week later. Face-to-face interview with people partner is quite tough, as she challenged a lot and did not give you the chance to express your opinion. And she talked a lot about their culture: hard-working, aggressive... Hiring manager is just nice. After that, she told me the process need 1 month until the next round with director. After the interview, I got the rejections...
All in all, I can feel the culture there is quite aggressive and focus on efficiency.
