called after seeing sign saying they were looking for managers, asked to email resume and was given link for online test that i had to pass, had phone interview all on first day, then a couple days later i met with franchie owner for in person interview was offered position that day, began training the following week, we have a new hr person now, so process may have changed
I recently went through the interview process at Burger King, and it was fairly simple and comfortable. I was asked about my availability, how I would handle busy rushes, how I work with a team, and how I would provide good customer service to guests.

It was a standard interview questions and waited for a call back. The people were very nice and there wasn't much pressure. Received a call back soon after the interview
