Manager was great and to the point. Comfortable conversation and clearly laid out what the job expectations were. Was the best interview I’ve had in awhile seemed like they genuinely wanted to find good teammates.

Question 1
Talk about the concept of teamwork and what that means to you.
Simple and quick. They are looking for mature individuals who are dependable and do not call in. Show leadership skills to a certain extent and ability to work with the team as a whole.
Pretty easy, making sure it's clear that managerial experience in the food industry.
Don't be afraid to voice concerns. Control the interview and make sure your demands are met. It's fast food so don't be a pushover
Spoke briefly with the district manager who covered about 5 or 6 stores in the arra and once he had approved, he sent me on to Sonia the general manager of the S Shields location for a more specific set of questions.
