There was an initial interview that was mostly conversational. I was asked a couple of situational questions that were easy and straightforward. I was accepted to the second and final interview, which was more technical. The technical interview includes questions about a lot of IT-related acronyms and what they actually mean in the real world. There is a roleplay with a "distraught" client.

Remote first step interview with an employee. Mostly asks general type of interview questions with some more "technical" but nothing specific that actually requires IT knowledge, just to know how you think. Very nice and conversational. Moved to second round interview with 2 founders, with one doing most of the question asking. Much more technical, role played a call with a frustrated client.
