Interview
Super informal and chaotic. I was pushed through to an in person interview by a chatbot online and when I went in they had no idea what I was interviewing for. I told them and it seemed like the manager kept telling me information about a lower, different position. Then said I was great and if they could hire me then they would but that there were other interviews that had to be completed and to give them two days to send out welcome information. I haven’t heard back since.

Interview
Very easy, focused on previous experiences. The interview questions touched on service and problem solving. Toured the location. The interview was very basic. Did not touch on leadership style or any complex aspects of the position.

Interview
Not only did they fail to inform me when I applied of the fact they were doing inventory the first time I went in person. the second time they made me wait 45 minutes to be group interviewed [which is when i was told to arrive.], asked 3 questions, then we had to listen to one woman talk about her life's experience working while we are all (but one) applying to the same job as her. They told me the reason I was rejected was because someone had way more experience. The rest of us applying for her position only were in our early 20s at best. but listening to her talk for probably about 15 minutes was a waste of my time, as they'd already wasted it twice before. I didnt even get to give my resume which I was told to bring. Its evident the employer at least at the Burlington i applied to was terrible at their job and did not care for other's times.
I would still write this even if I had gotten the job. I wasn't going to accept the offer because the hours described were far too inconsistent for me to be comfortable working there if I wanted other job opportunities somewhere else. I wasn't even guaranteed 10 in a week. Repulsive introduction to their company.
