Took about a month to hear from HR who conducted a short call and moved me to an interview with the hiring manager. This went fine, she was pretty serious and averagely engaged in the conversation. They said they would get back to me about a decision and never did, even after I followed up for an update. I found this to be frustrating as I put in the time to prepare for the interview and the least they could do is let me know the status, regardless of it was positive or not. If this is how they treat their potential employees, it's not a team I'd want to be part of.
