It’s structured interview to a fault, no time to have a natural conversation or even ask questions about the position. The interviewers just smile and nod, but not responsively. They ask situation based questions and rationale behind your first pre-work submission. Communications from HR is very bad and they told me I did not move forward but then scheduled an interview— very disorganised process.

First round was a case study that had to be analysed and put into a presentation. Second round was presenting the analysis, answering questions on it and answering further technical questions about research methodologies. Third and fourth round were more focussed on career goals, personal interests and whether you're a good fit for the organisaiton/work culture. It was a great experience overall.
