Two or three rounds of phone interview, and a panel at the end.
Phonecall with the head of HR --> Manager -->Manager's Manager --> Team meeting.
Asked about past experience and connect them to scenario-based "what would you do if's".
Mostly felt like a test of culture-fit. Felt very informal, low-pressured, and relaxed.

Standard phone call screenings. Follow up meeting with hiring manager and ultimately a joint meeting with hiring manager and client manager. The account was somewhat indecision on their direction, so that extended the interview process by several months.
