I have interviewed at BSS for Salesforce developer.Technical interview was not tough,it is easy if you have basic knowledge of programming.For 2nd interview ,they have waited me for it and didn't give any feedback on previous interview.after2-3 weeks they called me that your interview is scheduled with CEO and you are shortlisted.This interview also goes well .After that i got no response from the Hr.i have message them several time about the status but got no response yet after 2 months.Their management system and hiring process is very poor.
