Busseys Ford - Quite possibly the worst interview process/assessment day I have had the misfortune of participating in. Elimination of candiates after each activity of the day - more than half of the interviewees (including myself) were removed from the process after the 1st activity which was the classic survival scenario where you have to choose and prioritise important items to have with you whilst stranded in a forest/island. Whilst doing this activity, the assessors made you feel uncomfortable as they looked on and rushed you for time. Further, the assessors seemed rather big-headed and rude. I certainly do not rate the company that Busseys use for their recruitment process. Not recommended. Perhaps applying for a role within Ford outside of the Norfolk area may be a better experience.
