Butler Machinery interview questions

The interview process was fairly straightforward. The first interview was with three individuals in the L&D and marketing teams. They were very personable, welcoming, and straight forward about the expectations of the role. From there, I was sent a sample pitch project with a follow-up interview afterwards. I ended up declining this portion, as the job was no longer a good fit for me due to travel expectations. However, I would have loved to have moved forward if it would have worked for my family. No red flags regarding the company or role.
