I had an initial phone interview with the HR/Talent Mgr, then a follow up phone call with the Director of Sales. They seemed to like my background and asked me to come in for an in-person interview at their Queen Anne office. I met with 4 individuals, all in senior level sales positions. They asked the standard questions, emphasized their "startup" culture and all seemed very capable at what they do. I met with the Director (whom I previously spoke with on the phone) last. I noticed myself make a couple mistakes but overall it actually seemed like a great match, both culturally and experience-wise. They apparently did not, and I did not get an offer.
