The interview process was structured and involved multiple stages, including a technical screening, coding challenges, and behavioral interviews. The questions were fair but required strong problem-solving skills. The team was professional, and the overall experience was positive, though the technical rounds were quite challenging.

Waste of my time and energy.
Sent my application along with my CV detailing my experience.
Have a lengthy telephone interview going into more detail about my experience, to then be invited along to a face to face interview.
Drive 1.5 hour round trip to the face to face interview, to spend well over an hour with the interviewer, to be told over a week later that I won’t be progressed because… I HAVE TOO MUCH EXPERIENCE!!!
