We are really not sure if this is a genuine candidate as we are not based out of New Delhi as mentioned in this post. whatsoever, it is the standard process in the industry to evaluate the candidate skill sets and assess requirement-fit through technical interviews. If candidate is found to be strong match to requirements after interviews then meeting initial CTC expectations of the candidate is never an issue.
