The telephone interview was fairly short and straightforward. The questions i was asked were 'what do I know about Metro Bank', 'Where do I see myself in 2-3 years time, 'do you know about the role of a customer service representative, I explained briefly all the duties that I would have to carry out and she then asked me 'Why do you think you are suited for this role. The telephone interview lasted approx 15 mins and I passed this stage of the interview process.
