Interview
1. Submission of application online. (can use referral code, but it doesn't help much in my experience)
2. 2 interviews with potential colleagues and bosses (difficulty level: average to difficult.Requires good understanding of the industry, logical thinking, creativity, and sometimes case interview for strategy roles)
3. Last interview is with HR (difficulty level: average. HR is usually very young and inexperienced, asked very common behavior questions)

Standard questions on your motivations and how the role fits into what you are looking for. HR seemed quite disinterested in the process and asked whether I really know what the role is about
