Process involves 1 HR interview and 3-4 tech interviews. The tech interview was pretty uncomfortable in my opinion. The interviewer has a very strong Chinese accent. The same went for the HR - and she seemed to be reading a script. Another annoying thing was very loud Chinese language in the background. Besides the accent I was asked many questions about how my current company has things set up - architecture etc. Then one leetcode question - which unfortunately I didn't get right on the first try. Then the interviewer wanted to run it (c++ code) in Lark but we were met with Lark error that persisted even with my code commented out. I ended up having to share screen to show my program runs. In the end was an easy sql question which I only understood on the third try because of the accent. All in all it was a fairly easy interview, alas with the language barrier I'm now sure how you could work with these guys. I got a rejection 4 days later.
