General call letter to all the domain professionals to be interviewed on the same day. Mismanagement and unpreparedness for handling unexpected crowd. After waiting for 2 hours post the slot time, a written test on Java, Rest and J2EE basics with a coding question. Wait for another 3 hours, for result and interview. Interviewer took two candidates at once just to finish off people who are selected in the written test. A simply hurried and unserious interview for half an hour. And a condolence statement that you can leave for the day, if you are selected, hr will contact you. Which they never will. Don't bother to attend. Not worth of the time, patience and effort.
