Short and simple with minimal questions. Paper work was long and training process unnecessarily long with online webinars that don't help. Should just have teachers teach without the useless webinars.

Initial Screening on the phone, taking the SAT and receiving a satisfactory score (Usually top 1 percentile), and final interview with the center director regarding past teaching and work experience.

Interview
First, they have an online assessment for a particular field in which you are interested in teaching. If you are to pass that, you would move onto the second part, an in-person behavioral interview.
