Very short face-to-face interview, 45 minutes with Co-Founder. 10 minute phone interview with lead planner same day. The bad part about this interview process is after being immediately given an offer there was over 10 forms required for the security clearance as well as personnel information. The company gave about a week to fill out all of this information with no regard for your current position, because you couldn't resign from your position without the approval of the security clearance. After filling out all paperwork required, getting fingerprints (which they gave incorrect information - had to pay $15 for a fingerprint) and sending it all via email (which is completely unsafe), the offer was rescinded. I do not think anyone should have to go through what I went through for employment. Filling out the information for the security clearance then receiving the clearance THEN filling out the personnel information would be ideal. It is very scary to think C2 Solutions Group has ALL of my personal information, and waited until all information was received to rescind their quickly given offer. I would be very leery of C2 Solutions, esp this position of Meeting Planner due to the handling.
