30 min Chat with Hiring Manager Before technical Rounds. If you pass this, they move you to Phone Followed by 2-3 onsite rounds and 1 Panel interview. To me the 30 min exploratory call was all behavioral questions, the kind you expect in the last round. They also tried to downlevel me despite having 5+ years experience and the job post stating the same 5+ years requirement.
