Strangest process I have ever been involved in. 3 seperate interviews all with people who were unsure what the role was I was interviewing for. Last interview the guy even talked down the company. I then followed up with HR to see if I could get clarification and an understanding of the process, no response. 3 days later received an auto response saying they had chosen not to go forward. Very disappointing for a company that has integrity as a core value, after doing 3 interviews I felt I should have received a call or at least a personalised email.
