1st round - HR Phone Screen 2nd round - Interview with Manager 3rd round - Business Case Study 4th round - Interview with Director and Project team I did 4 rounds of interview, they decided to take an internal candidate last minute. If I had not followed up, I would have never found out. After I receive the news, I get referred to a different position, I do the interview and then get ghosted with no response to my follow up emails. Complete waste of my time especially with that many interviews.
