I had one interview with technical manager and someone else from HR. the technical question were to the point and clear then HR asked some HR question but only a few of them.
Fairly straightforward. The interviewer described a bit more about the company and the role, asked questions about my experience/projects, some other general stuff, and if I had any questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CAE

Standard technical interview process. Spoke to a recruiter over the phone and then I went in to Montreal location for interview in person. The people interviewing me were courteous and understand the fact that I was nervous.
