I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CAEL.org in Feb 2018
Interview
I received a call from a recruiter who set up a video interview with me and two individuals at CAEL. The interview went smoothly, and CAEL asked me to complete some homework as a follow up to the interview. I completed the homework the next day and sent it over. I then never heard from them again. It almost felt like they were mining for ideas on how to solve a business dilemma rather than actually looking for someone to fill the role. I feel like the least they could have done was sent me a follow up email advising they weren't moving forward with me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Your client doesn't understand the importance of aligning our career pathing solution with the entire employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, development, succession planning). Describe process, resources, software opportunities, tactics, etc. you could initiate to help a client understand the value and adopt the principle. This is important because aligning PathSavvy to the entire employee lifecycle will help the customer derive the most value from the solution and drive renewal of the subscription for CAEL.
