2 initial phone calls with recruiter and region lead. Then a second interview with region lead, assistant region lead and site lead. All are done virtually over phone call and Microsoft Teams.

Had a very nice interview for a VA Benefits Advisor in NJ.
Would have accepted the off had it not been for the pay. The offer was for around $17 per hour ($35,000 per year)
Sorry to say the pay seems to not match the skill set they are asking for...
