The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CAPGlobal (Denver, CO) in Sept 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter and then video interview with 3 people together - VP, Account Manager, and Senior Recruiter. I was impressed with the questioning covering VMS vs. project model, sourcing, differentiating ourselves, etc. I did not get a sense on how CAPGlobal sets themselves apart from other similar boutique firms, but it seems like they've worked hard to gain some very crucial Fortune 100 clients which is no easy task.

Spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. Reviewed my resume and discussed my skill set and interests and whether there was a position in the company that would be a good fit.
