CARECEN interview questions

One scenario I was asked to consider was to imagine myself working with day laborers and to describe how would I navigate a potential scenario where some of the workers may not choose to listen or respect me due potentially to my gender or other physical characteristic or even experience level. How would I go about sharing and promoting our resources and materials?
