I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CARVANA
Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter, we scheduled a phone interview for a couple days later. The phone interview went well, I was just asked some basic questions. The recruiter said it went well, so I gave my availability for a second interview. The second interview was scheduled for two days later and it was a FaceTime interview. The interviewer was an hour late, but didn't contact me until about 45 minutes after the interview was supposed to start. I wasn't too thrilled about, but adjusted my schedule to still be able to interview. That interview went well too, the interviewer even said so. I was looking forward to hearing back, but instead of moving on to the next interview, I got a generic email "sorry we've moved on with another candidate".

Question 1
If you could have coffee with anyone dead or alive, who it be and why? If you could have a beer or cocktail with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CARVANA (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2024
Interview
Contacted via text on the interview process, and information was not clear on the interview process. Was not sure whom I was texting, and when I asked for a name, the individual did not provide a name so assumed I was texting chatbots. Texts claimed I would be interviewing in person with 2 hiring managers, however, after the interview ended with the 2 hiring managers ended up interviewing a separate time with higher-ups with a total of 4 people and for a total of an hour for the combined two interviews. Maybe this process didn't apply to everyone, but I did not appreciate the under-communication.

Walk me through your work experience
I applied online. I interviewed at CARVANA (Macon, GA)
Interview
Straight forward, use STAR to answer any questions and be yourself. They basically ask about previous customer service experience and how you handle different situations. This position is on the road driving a truck so make sure you are comfortable with that.

Question 1
How have you handled a difficult customer experience?
Quick and Easy! The process took 2 weeks which was great! Interviewing should not take more then that as some companies will go as long as 2 months. Very happy with the process.
