How do you think you will handle the transition from being directly involved with clients to overseeing volunteers who work with the young people?
it was a pretty standard process. i had a first and second interview. i needed to provide a resume. it was an one on one interview. i had to wait for a little bit but ultimately was okay
Personal questions about experiences in relation to trauma. The interview process was thorough. The interviewers asked questions to get to know me along with my educational background. I received an interview for a full time position after completing an internship with CASA.
