CASAONE Project Manager interview questions

Smooth. There were no assignments required. I first got on a call with the Cofounder/President. The interview centered around my interest in product management and was then focused on a case about my favourite product. The second round was taken by the Director products and there were a couple of product design cases that had to be solved. The HR had a generic conversation, post which the offer was rolled out.

I was given a CasaOne Specific business Problem . I spent 3 days solving it and made 15 page ppt for the same. After submitting my solution, I got a response that they will not be moving with my candidature at this point of time , with no feedback on assignment submitted. I have heard of organizations which in name of assignments steals ideas from the candidates and I think this is one of them. It simply makes candidates to work on their Product cases on a free basis, ‘collects’ their unique ideas and rejects them.
