2/3 Stages
1) Submission of application
- this can be through the recruitment agency who will forward you as a potential candidate
2) Half day group assessment
- this consisted of various situational paper tests (graded), group discussions, presentations from management on what the organisation does and light refreshments
3) Individual assessment/interview
- long-winded series of situational judgement tests and relevant experience questions. e.g. 'tell us about a time you have (...)'
