Interview
Pretty easy and standard interview process. Asked you your experience, why do you want to join the firm etc.. Very friendly interviewers. Two rounds of interviews total, one with HR and one with the managers.
Really friendly company and all people there were caring and helpful. Everyone I spoke with was truly passionate about the Company and the growth of its people. The interview process was conducted remotely and I had the opportunity to meet with several levels of leadership during the process.

Interview
The interview was held at the office and they brought in in half the office to talk to me. The HR person was nice but was not timely in following back up with me and was not quick to respond to my questions. I was overall not impressed. The office is just average and there doesn't appear to be anything special about this firm.
