Thorough, questions asked ensured you knew your liquor, wine, beer and cocktails. Stressed on speed bartending as well as craft cocktailing abilities. Made sure you understood this was your life during your employeement. Physical and mentally demanding to be expected. You meet the general manager as well as the assistant general manager who both make sure you know what your doing.
