I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CCC Intelligent Solutions (Austin, TX) in Sept 2017
Interview
Was contacted by the director of technology and set up an onsite interview. Interviewed 1x1 with 5 people. I was able to answer all their questions and everything seemed to go well. I was contacted by HR a week later with the rejection reason being that I was "too low energy" and that I did not seem interested in the role. If I was not interested in the role, then why did I interview for it? Terrible feedback and it sounds like an excuse they made up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Background questions about previous roles and uses of technologies. Only one very simple coding question about reversing Strings.
HR call, followed by technical call and online screening. The process is very smooth but takes time for the results. SQL/Python questions online, easy to medium questions. Hackerrank practice should be enough.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Question about projects you have done in academics or past work experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CCC Intelligent Solutions (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2019
Interview
Quicker than most interview process I've been it took 4-5. This was a difficult interview , make sure you know your stuff. The in-person interview took 4 hours and it was a four interviewer each 30-45 mins per interviewer. Try to read up on SCCM before you go on the interview.
