Monter job discription said no experience needed. Applied over the web. They responded by email and set up a tech interview over the phone. Very long interview with senior engineer at the location. Towards the end of the interview it became clear to me that I wasn't going to be asked for a second interview because they seemed to want a more experienced person. After, unprofessionally, dishonoring their promise to respond to me in less than a week I emailed them and only get a response from the interviewer a month later. I later found out they wanted someone with experience afterall
