CDM Resource interview questions

The company lacks ethics and integrity. I interviewed at the Houston branch and was offered a position but after almost a week after getting start date the HR called me and reduced the offer significantly and I ended up declining the offer.

Was contacted to fill out a pre screening questionnaire about 2 weeks after submitting an application. Was asked to come for an interview 3 weeks after submitting the completed questionnaire. During the interview, I was met with a panel of three people : operations engineer, engineering manager and vice president of engineering. The interview was a combination of behavioral and technical.
