I applied online. I interviewed at CDS (Club Demonstration Services) (Sparks, NV) in Mar 2016
Interview
Interview was on-site and lasted approx 30 min. including being introduced to several product demonstrators on the floor. The interview was conducted by the site manager and if covered basic details. The manager shared his experience and explained that the most important requirements are to be dependable, have a big smile at all times and be able to work in a very public, busy environment. He also stressed that in slow periods you may have very few hours and at prime times such as weekends, major Holidays and Back to School periods, it was critical to be available. Work hours could vary from 6 to 36 hours. There is no overtime. The manager offered me a job the same day but background checks take 30 days or more. The training period is a day and is paid.

When you apply for the job, you apply via an AI chatbot online. Then you'll receive e-mails from said chatbot about setting up an interview. The interviews are virtual. I can't remember the name of the lady who interviewed me, but she was a CDS manager from a different location. Super kind. Asked me basic questions, like what relevant experience I had, why I think I'd be a good fit. Just super basic questions. Nothing you really have to worry about preparing for beforehand. Got the job. Super easy.
