Laundry list of behavioural interview questions. E.g., "Tell me about yourself; Tell me about a stressful situation and how you dealt with it; How do you deal with difficult personalities?" It was an hour of detailing specific examples from my career.

Friendly people normal process conservative polite , they look for old fashion average people not too aggressive on vision really good for an start career and none professional people
