Recruiter reached out to conduct a phone interview screening. Unprofessional and odd questioning. Was not asked any behavioral or technical questions, yet was told to apply to another position that pays significantly less. Seems like this company needed to hit a particular quota of interviews. Do not waste your time at a company who dismisses education and severely underpays in this industry.
