CEMEX Lab Manager interview questions

I arrived about five minutes early. Rang the bell and the office receptionist opened the door and i introduced myself. He then sent me towards the Regional manager's office. I went in a introduced myself and the interview started. He asked about my old job and why i was no longer working there, i proceeded to tell him i was laid off due to the economy. we then went through my certification and then he gave me a math quiz, followed by some paper work to fill. After that he made me an offer that i could not accept so i turned down the job.
