They selected me without interviewing me. The actual interview took place after the selection committee which means they were already decided they wanted me. The hardest part was the online application which was screened by the HR coordinator and then CERN supervisors who wanted an intern.

I applied and then I passed to the pre-recorded interview stage (that I think everybody passes). Then, I did the pre-recorded interview where I had 3 mins to think and 1 min to answer to each question. There were 5-6 questions in total.
