First of all they told me about their projects, then they asked me my past expierence in a generic way and finally they asked me about my aspectativies on the projects.
1) Self video Interview - questions about experience/fit to the role. 2) Technical Video Interview and self-presentation - Questions about motivation and technical test assessment on specified skills required for the role which could be found in the job advertisment
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at CERN (Meyrin) in Apr 2017

Selection board (group interview and technical test). Few other candidates where invited the same day and it was even possible to exchange with them.
The process seems though to have evolved since I was hired.
